Julian Leitner
CEO & Founder
Julian Leitner, who grew up in the South Tyrolean hotel industry, recognised the untapped potential of hotel data early on. As Managing Director at Zalando/Zalora, he successfully built up the largest online fashion retailer in South East Asia. Inspired by data-driven innovation, he founded Smart Host, the leading hotel CRM in the DACH region. His vision: to empower hotels with their own data to increase guest loyalty and direct bookings and reduce workload through automation.
