A child of the hospitality industry with an eye to the future

Julian Leitner, who grew up in the South Tyrolean hospitality industry, recognised the untapped potential of hotel data at an early stage. As Managing Director at Zalando/Zalora, he successfully built up the largest online fashion retailer in South-East Asia. Inspired by data-driven innovation, he founded Smart Host, the leading hotel CRM in the DACH region. His vision is to empower hotels to use their own data to increase guest loyalty and direct bookings, whilst reducing the workload through automation.
