What I particularly appreciate about Smart Host is that I can develop myself further every day – whether in sales strategy, technical topics or teamwork. We are in an incredibly exciting phase and are working consistently towards a common goal. Not as individual players, but together. Although I work remotely, I feel completely part of the Smart Host family and am developing enormously here, both personally and professionally.

At Smart Host, I have the freedom to contribute my own ideas and implement them directly. It's a great feeling to see how my contribution actually makes a difference – from conception to implementation. This personal responsibility motivates me every day.

A lot of love goes out to the team! Everyone is helpful and humorous, and the annual Smart Host Days feel like a family reunion. My strengths are recognised and encouraged, and my weaknesses are not ignored but constructively challenged – which helps me improve and step out of my comfort zone.
