This new functionality enables hotel groups to manage and analyze guest data seamlessly across all their properties within a single Smart Host app, optimizing marketing efforts and guest engagement.
Until now, hotels with multiple properties had to operate separate Smart Host apps for each location, making it challenging to unify guest insights and streamline CRM processes.
